About Antonio T.
Teaching & experience
Antonio T. built Mapping Our Thoughts after seeing how often students were taught to finish an assignment without gaining command of the ideas behind it.
He wanted education to do more. It should give people the confidence to face something unfamiliar and the ability to work their way through it.

Computer Science minor
He has taught mathematics and programming for more than a decade, including computer programming at the University of Minnesota. His experience includes thousands of hours of individual tutoring and work with more than 300 students through Mapping Our Thoughts.
Research & development
Mapping Dynamics grew from the same instinct. Antonio became interested in complex systems because important changes often begin before anyone recognizes them. He is developing tools to help make those shifts visible earlier, so people can understand what is happening and decide how to respond.
Within Mapping Our Thoughts, he has built teaching materials and software that trace problems back to their foundations and help identify relevant resources for a lesson.
